It is double-layered for enhanced strength and features a metal plate that proudly displays "Tom of Finland" on the side. A D-ring is conveniently attached to the front, ready for the matching leash, which is sold separately. The fully adjustable band is equipped with a locking buckle, and includes a Tom of Finland padlock along with keys for immediate use. Matching wrist and ankle cuffs are available separately.
