At Romantix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned once the seal is broken for health and safety reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
